A WeTransfer.com link containing all photographs taken during a property visit will be sent to the client on completion of the report

Check-Out report costs are based on Check-Out inspections completed utilising a Red Dragon Inventories report, a quotation will be provided on request for Check-Outs utilising an inventory report supplied by client
Hardcopies of reports can be purchased for £7.50
Disc containing property photographs can be purchased for £10.00

Any additional rooms will be charged at the stipulated price
Cancellation of Inventory(arrival of clerk) on agreed appointment date, an appropriate fee will be charged which will be dependent on the vicinity of the property
Inventories requested for furnished properties which contain a vast amount of landlords personal possessions will incur an additional fee, this charge will be dependant on the size of the property and quantity of possessions which remain
Properties outside a radius of 10 miles from booking office may incur an additional mileage charge which be charged at £1.00 per mile
